Swim, Bike, Run

  Swim, Bike, Run - what could be easier. Although ability in the individual disciplines are key.  What makes a strong finisher is the balanced approach to all three, any good training plan will develop all skills regardless of natural strengths.

Swim

From pool to ocean, confidence in the water will get your triathlon dream off to a great start. Probably the hardest discipline for most athletes we can work on your swim technique to comfortably achieve your goals.

Bike

This is where you race is made, whatever your distance the bike is the longest leg and how you arrive at T2 will affect you run performance.

The final challenge from super sprint to ultra. Managing your race to this point with emphasis on bike nutrition and hydration will ensure a strong finish at any event.
