From Sprint to Ironman.

Whatever you goal from beginner to Kona following a plan is key. As the athlete you have to take responsibilty to train but a coach will encourage you and plan sessions around you lifestyle.

Best time to train?

This is individual preference. I like run and swim sessions early morning. The above slide show is why I love being on the beach at sunrise. 

Why have a coach?

Having a coach will enable you to achieve you best result whilst balancing training with real world responsibilities.
